Applicants must be computer literate, good communication/telephone skills, type 30 WPM, hold a high school/GED diploma, valid FL DL, U.S. citizen, must be able to work shift work, and in high demanding situations. Must submit to a physical examination/drug screening, polygraph exam, and a background investigation. Bilingual preferred.
